Hoi4 Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for Malaysian Members

1General Terms & Definitions

This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "you") and the platform hoi4 ("hoi4", "we", "platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the hoi4 platform at hoi4.my, you fully agree to all terms set out herein.

For the purposes of this document, the following terms carry the meanings as defined below:

Hoi4 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the hoi4.my website. It is the member's responsibility to review this document periodically.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the hoi4 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
• An individual – not a company, organisation, or other legal entity
• Capable of entering into a legally binding agreement
• Not residing in a jurisdiction that specifically prohibits online gambling
• Never previously banned or removed from the hoi4 platform

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at hoi4. Members are not permitted to register on behalf of another person or to grant account access to any third party under any circumstances. Hoi4 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain threshold. This is a standard security measure to protect your account from unauthorised access. All withdrawals must be made via the same payment method used for the deposit, except in circumstances specifically approved by the hoi4 team.

4Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

Hoi4 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus, Reload Bonus, Weekly Cashback, Referral Bonus, and Tournament Prizes. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions as stated on the relevant promotions page.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses at hoi4:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly – they must first be used for gameplay until the rollover requirement is fulfilled
• The standard rollover requirement is 15x to 30x total bonus amount – the exact value is stated in each promotion's terms
• Only one active promotional bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated

5Game Rules & Fairness

6Member Conduct & Platform Usage

As a hoi4 member, you agree to use the platform in a responsible, lawful and ethical manner. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

7Privacy, Data Protection & Security

If your account is terminated due to a terms violation, your account balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of hoi4's internal investigation. If the termination is for reasons unrelated to any breach by the member, any valid balance will be returned to the member via an appropriate payment method once the investigation is concluded.

Any valid account balance will be refunded once all rollover requirements have been met and there are no outstanding compliance issues.

10Liability Limitations & Disclaimer

The hoi4 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While hoi4 endeavours to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, we make no guarantee that it will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults.

• Hoi4 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures, or third-party server issues
• Hoi4 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses that a member may incur as a result of using the platform
• Hoi4 is not responsible for game outcomes resulting from a member's own actions, decisions, or strategies
• Hoi4's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total account balance of the member at the time of the relevant incident

11Amendments to Terms & Applicable Laws

Hoi4 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the hoi4.my website. Members are encouraged to review this page periodically to ensure they remain aware of the latest applicable terms.

Your continued use of the hoi4 platform after any changes have been published will be considered your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any changes, please discontinue use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through final negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration in accordance with procedures established by hoi4.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of all remaining provisions.
